AUSTRALIA

The cost for standard postage, payable at checkout, is $10 AUD. Orders over $150 AUD will receive complimentary shipping within Australia. Express Shipping cost is $15 AUD.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

We utilize DHL or UPS for all international orders. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.

 

MADE TO ORDER

Our candles are thoughtfully made to order to minimise environmental impact, estimated dispatch dates are 14 business days from time of purchase. 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns. However, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us welcome@butterwoodranch.com
