Shipping & Delivery

Each work is handled with the care it deserves — packaged individually and dispatched from Butterwood Ranch, Richmond Hill.

Domestic Orders

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your purchase prior to dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All deliveries are tracked and insured in transit.

Small works & ceramics: $80 Australia wide.

Framed works: $175 East Coast of Australia. For TAS, SA, NT or WA please contact us at info@butterwoodranch.com with your delivery address for a quote.

If you require delivery within a specific timeframe please contact us at info@butterwoodranch.com prior to purchase.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Please email info@butterwoodranch.com with your delivery address for a custom quote prior to purchase.

Duties & Taxes
International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information. For items refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for all associated duties, taxes and return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

As all works are original pieces, all purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have questions about a specific work prior to purchase — additional images, dimensions or condition — please contact us at info@butterwoodranch.com and we will be happy to assist.

In the rare event that a work arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of both the packaging and the work. Without timely documentation we are unable to process an insurance claim or guarantee a resolution.

Click & Collect

If you would prefer to collect your work in person at Butterwood Ranch, please email us at info@butterwoodranch.com with your order details. We will remove the shipping cost and arrange a convenient collection time. Works are available for collection by appointment only.
